Earth Mother Acres
We purchased our farm on the western side of Gasconade County, MO, in the summer of 2023 and we named it Earth Mother Acres. Now we are embarking on our first growing season.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
Our intention with Earth Mother Acres is to grow a variety of fruits, flowers, and vegetables. We also plan to add goats (for meat, milk, and yoga) and chickens and/or quail for eggs. We have already planted nearly 40 fruit trees in the EMA orchard. While we are not certified organic, we use only natural methods of fertilization and pest control.
Dog whispering.
Farmer Miles has a passion for helping people with their dogs and he’s working on making Earth Mother Acres a home base for that.
Yoga therapy.
Our partner Shannon is a certified yoga therapist with decades of experience helping elderly people, people with disabilities, and military veterans improve their wellbeing. If you’re interested in sunset yoga, goat yoga, dog yoga, orchard yoga … or more serious yoga therapy, maybe you’ll visit us at the farm someday, or sign up for one of her online classes.
